Working with Dave and Kathleen through the CTS was amazing. Kathleen had so many pointers and insights throughout each chapter. It was so encouraging hearing from the other ladies from both Russia and Cuba what God was showing them. It boosted my confidence.

Probably one the biggest things I grew in was coming to grips with the reality that God want to use my words for His purposes and not my own agenda. (There is a deeper work to be done) Instead of worrying about what people might be thinking about me and how am I presenting myself, but rather, choosing to being caught up in what they need to hear. The training has helped me to think about what are the of the listener now and how can I allow God to speak through me to encourage them.

I could easily go through this study again. I have much more to glean. Lastly, the sharing of lives and friendships with the other women. Kathleen is so honest and real that it was very comfortable to open up even with my fears. She came along beside me encouraged me and has also become a good friend.
